Afro-British Support Services "IMPACT" believe to develop and up skill all it's employees and volunteers. All our IAG advisors got NVQ 3 in IAG and our volunteers are working towards it. Our coordinator achieved NVQ4 in Management and Communication for Black Ethnic Minority Managers and NVQ5 in Management and Leadership.
